The foundation is weak The walls are cracking What we have is a falling tower Smashing down All around The Tower is falling to the ground This cannot be stopped There is no where to go This is a falling tower So run for your life

THE TOWER IS FALLING, SAVE THE LAMBS!
6.
It is in a moment like this, where we can stop and reflect. Reflect on our past. Reflect on our choices. Reflect on the person we have become. Who’s to say what will happen next. We have no way of knowing. So for now, take this brief moment from the chaos, Be alone with your thoughts, Who knows how long it will last.

(FAREWELL) 01:10
We have survived the falling tower. What remains...is nothing. We must move forward. The destruction cannot be unseen. The tragedies cannot be forgotten. Time is still moving. There is a future outside of this...falling...tower. For now...this...is...farewell...and...good...bye.

about

Falling Tower is a collection of old and new recordings. Some of those recordings, dating back to 2011, were mere ideas that I always said I would come back to. I finally came back to some of them and turned them into this album. The old accompanied by the new allowed me to tell a story, a story of a falling tower.

Music is nothing more than a series of sounds that are pleasing to our ears. So what are sounds that are chaotic and distressing; maybe even frightening? Those sounds can be the ones that keep you up at night, or the sounds that make you plug your ears to get relief from the frequencies.

With Falling Tower, I try to bridge that gap. Stories are not always suppose to be clean and to the point. Sometimes it takes chaos and destruction to get to the end.

I cannot thank you enough for giving this album a listen. I began revisiting these old recordings in the summer of 2020. Everything was finished on January 7th of 2021. There is no compression on this album. The organic sounds of all the instruments, I felt really gave this album its overall tone. There is also no mastering done. While I had the tracks all mixed and balanced, there was purposely no mastering done to these songs.

The art for this album was done by my dear friend Colin Sims. Colin does all of my album art for me, and I am eternally grateful to him for that. The piece for this album was actually a drawing he had done that I really admired. To me, it looked like a tower lodged in chaos. It was exactly what I wanted to be the poster image for this album. Go give Colin support, his art is immaculate.

Thank you again for stopping by and listening. I thoroughly hope you enjoy Falling Tower.
